The hitting mat is 12" x 12" in total size and features top grade realistic turf with a non-slip, heavy duty rubber base. The fairway turf grass is 0.63 inches high and great for driving and chipping from the fairway training. Hit balls off the rubber tee or directly from the fairway or rough artificial grass (1.38" in height). The foam balls make it great for practicing in the back yard.
