What’s eligible for returns?
Unused golf clubs can be returned 30 days after delivery for a full refund to your original method of payment less any shipping charges. For any order placed between November 15 and December 25, returned items will be accepted until January 31. If the original method of payment is unavailable, we will issue your refund in the form of store credit. Used golf clubs are non-returnable. We recommend trying out your junior golf clubs with the cellophane wrap in tack so that no marks are left on the club from contact with the ball or ground.
Things to keep in mind: Unused items must be returned in the condition you received it and with the original box and/or packaging, including manufacturer tags where applicable.
Please take the time to carefully package your returns. It’s your responsibility to pay costs related to the repair of returned items damaged during shipping due to improper packaging. You are also responsible for the cost of return shipping.
It takes 3–5 business days to process a return after it arrives at our distribution center. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your return is received.
If you think your golf clubs may be eligible for a warranty from the manufacturer due to defects in its materials or workmanship, contact the manufacturer's warranty department directly.
