How to Use the Golf Swing Training Mat:
- Place a ball on the center circle on the mat (foam ball if using indoors)
- Take a swing with the iron you want to work on.
- The sequins on the mat will move from green to white where you make contact with the mat, giving you instant and accurate feedback on your swing.
- With a "perfect" swing, you should see the sequins change to white in a straight line after the spot where the ball was placed.
