Womens Golf Sets: A Golf Set for Women is actually very similar to the same technology found in kids products. What does that mean? So, right out of the gate, that means that the clubs are longer, heavier, and feature technology that will restrict a young golfers performance. But, if your child is very athletic, strong, and grown, they would most likely be okay using a complete golf set for an adult. If there was to be a guideline on swing speed, a childs swing speed above 80-85 miles per hour, would be okay using an adult golf set.
